A major enterprise advertiser was evaluating whether to remain on the platform due to gaps in cross-platform content creation and collaboration tools. I partnered across product, design, and engineering teams to identify the highest-impact opportunities, deliver solutions under a tight deadline, and help retain a relationship worth hundreds of millions in annual revenue.

Challenge

One of the platform’s largest advertisers was considering leaving due to feature gaps that created friction across content creation and collaboration workflows. With a major commercial event approaching, the organization needed to quickly determine which product investments would have the greatest impact on advertiser retention while balancing immediate business needs with longer-term platform strategy.
