AI-Powered Sales Assistant
Establishing trust in AI-generated content for enterprise sales teams.
Overview
As generative AI emerged as a strategic priority, enterprise sales teams needed a way to reduce repetitive work without compromising quality, accuracy, or customer trust. I helped define the content standards, evaluation frameworks, and AI experiences that enabled teams to responsibly scale AI-generated content across high-value sales workflows.
Challenge
Sales professionals spent significant time creating follow-up emails, meeting summaries, notes, and call recaps. While generative AI offered an opportunity to streamline these workflows, inconsistent outputs, hallucinated content, and unclear quality expectations created significant risks for advertiser trust and business outcomes. The organization lacked a clear framework for evaluating AI-generated content and determining when it was ready for scale.
What I Did
Led content design across multiple AI-assisted sales workflows.
Defined quality evaluation frameworks for emails, summaries, notes, and transcripts.
Established standards for voice, accuracy, confidence thresholds, and fallback experiences.
Partnered with content designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to align cross-functional expectations.
Conducted pilot testing and analyzed user feedback to validate quality and usefulness.
Iterated solutions and recommendations that advanced to executive leadership review.
Why it mattered
This work helped transform AI from a promising concept into a trusted enterprise capability. By establishing clear quality standards and evaluation criteria, the team created a scalable foundation for future AI-powered experiences across the organization.
